Their customer service is horrible and rude. They kept giving me the run around the lmk gym bus is around the corner and hung the phone in my face twice. I waited a whole hour and 30 min just to wait on a bus that never showed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MEGABUS!!!
What is the worst part of the Megabus?
The worst part of the trip was that the tickets indicated a trip time of 4.5 hours. The final trip duration was 6 hours. Simply unacceptable. Certainly the first and last time. To those coming in from Europe, I would recommend either catching an Amtrack train or renting a car or getting on another bus service. Stay away from Megabus.
Is Megabus from Boston to New York City worth it?
