Does CDJ-350 play FLAC?
The CDJ-350 can play a variety of audio files, including MP3, AAC, AIFF, FLAC, and WAV as well as playing good old-fashioned CDs, CD-R and CD-RW discs. It can be connected to a USB drive to give you immediate access to your entire music library or to allow for midi-controller functionality with compatible DJ software.

How do I connect my Rekordbox to my CDJ-350?
- Connect your computer and all DJ players using USB cables.
- Launch rekordbox and select PERFORMANCE mode.
- Press the [Link] button on each DJ player (for CDJ-350/850, the [PC] button).
Can CDJS play AAC?
The CDJ-900 can play not only discs (CDs), but also music files recorded on USB devices (flash memory drives and hard disks). Supported music file formats include not only music CD (CD-DA) and MP3 but also AAC, WAV and AIFF.
Can you connect laptop to CDJ?
Furthermore, HID Mode is easier to set-up: it just requires connecting the CDJs to your laptop via USB cables, plus connecting the DJM mixer too. No need for fiddling with RCA leads and a DVS box. HID isn’t available in all DJ media players, though the most common CDJ models in clubs have them.
What is HID mode CDJ?
HID (or human interface device) mode transforms a CDJ from just a device to play the DVS timecode to a full featured controller. It also gives you more information on the screen on the CDJ; including waveforms, the ability to search the library from your computer, and BPM readout.
