What happens if you fail university Resits Manchester?
The capped mark is applied to the unit level mark, not just the failed element. In the event of a student failing a course unit with a mark less than 30, and then obtaining a compensatable fail in the resit where there is compensation available, the student would receive the credit and pass the year overall.
Can you resit uni exams?

What happens if you fail resits?
I’m first year FoLS and I remember being told that if you fail resits then you can “RWA” – resit without attendance. That basically means that you’re not a student at the university for a year; you don’t go to lectures, pay fees or anything (except paying for resits obv), but you come back and sit the exams you need to.
