- Put this in ~/. local/share/plasma/wallpapers/com.
- Go to Desktop Settings, choose Wallpaper Type: Animated GIF, apply, profit.
- Optional: Go to Screen Locking and choose the same wallpaper type. Enable blur if you prefer that (I do).
- Optional: replace contents/ui/animation.
