Can you do Tali and Legion loyalty mission after Reaper IFF?
I can now confirm that you can infact do both Tali and Legion’s quests. Reaper IFF has finished upon returning to the Normandy after Legion’s quest.
Can I do Legion’s loyalty mission and still save the crew?
Yes, it’s possible. You need to finish all loyalty missions (except for Legion’s) before going to the derelict Reaper.
Is there a loyalty mission for Legion?

The important thing for you to know is that it’s impossible to miss the opportunity to recruit Legion in ME2. You’ll meet Legion during the Acquire Reaper IFF Mission, and when you finish the mission, you’ll have Legion back on the Normandy – but not as a squad mate.

Is legion worth having on my team?

How do I activate Geth Legion?
You get Legion at the end of the Reaper mission, where you collect the IFF. Once back on the ship you have the option of activating him or not. If you do you get to engage in a nice long convorsation that gives alot of useful insight to the Geth. Once that convo is over if you talk to him immediately he will introduce his loyalty mission.
