How to disassemble the padlock
- Unlock the lock. You can cheat and use the key if you have one.
- Remove screw. Using a standard phillips head screwdriver remove the retaining screw hidden under the shackle.
- Remove the top cover. Remove the top cover.
- Remove the Pin.
- Remove the circlip.
- Repin your lock!
- Re-assemble the lock.
