Does BA silver get lounge access?
Lounge access is available to: British Airways customers flying on a scheduled flight in business or first class. Silver and Gold Executive Club Members on scheduled flights operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld® partners. (Guest must be travelling on British Airways or one of our oneworld partners).
Can you get BA Tier Points on other airlines?
Whenever and wherever you fly, you can earn Avios with British Airways, our oneworld® alliance partners and our other airline partners. You can earn Tier Points too, on British Airways and oneworld flights.
What is the point of Lifetime tier points?
Life time tier points are just that – all the tier points you have earned since you became a member. It’s pretty useless unless you get to 35k life time tier points in which case you get Gold for life.
Can my wife use my BA Silver Card?

Do Ba points expire?
Your Avios stay with you as long as you collect, spend, purchase or share at least one Avios every 36 months — any longer and your Avios will expire and be removed, so remember to take action before those three years are up.
What is the difference between BA Tier Points and Lifetime tier points?
Each year, your annual Tier Points will reset on the anniversary of you joining the Club but your Lifetime Tier Points will remain. You’ll be able to see your Lifetime Tier Points balance whenever you log in to your account or receive an email from us, so it’s easy to keep track of them.
Where can I find a list of British Airways tier points?
It lists every British Airways flight from London together with the tier points that you will earn in British Airways Executive Club. If you want to know how many tier points you earn for a particular British Airways flight, there is no official list . You need to go to ba.com and use the BA Tier Point Calculator page, route by route.

A booking such as Manchester – Heathrow – Athens, return, in Business Class would earn you 480 tier points (80 + 160 + 160 + 80). This is enough for British Airways Silver status. Remember that as well as earning enough tier points, you must take four British Airways or Iberia flights during your current membership year to be promoted.
