Can you take babies to Cineworld?
Children up to and including the age of 14 can use child tickets. 15 to 17 year olds are charged as a student price (proof of age may be required). 18 years and above should purchase adult or student tickets (proof of student status will be required). Free for infants under 18 months old.
Is Cineworld cheaper online?
Yes. When you book cinema tickets online (which includes through our website, by mobile, or by app), or by telephone, a fee of 50p per person for whom a seat is booked will apply.
Can a 2 year old go to the cinema?
Usually little ones under two years old get in for free. But if your baby enjoys the entertainment from their own seat, you’ll be asked to buy a Child ticket.
Are Cineworld Unlimited cards worth it?
To be honest, your Unlimited card is more powerful than you think which is why it is definitely worth it if you’re an avid cinema-goer. However, this isn’t really for someone who doesn’t regularly visit the cinema each week as the price can be expensive if you don’t really need it that much.
Can a 14 year old watch a 15 film?
A PG film should not unsettle a child aged around eight or older. Unaccompanied children of any age may watch, but parents are advised to consider whether the content may upset younger, or more sensitive, children. Anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No one younger than 15 may see a 15 film in a cinema.
At what age are you considered a child?
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child defines child as “a human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier”.
