Will PetSafe collars work with Innotek?
Answer: Thank you for your question! Innotek and PetSafe systems use different frequencies and are not cross-compatible with one another. For more information on obtaining a compatible receiver collar, please contact PetSafe directly.
What collars work with Innotek?
The Innotek UltraSmart Extra Fencing Collar (model IUC-4225) is compatible with the Innotek IUC-4100/4200/5200 containment systems. The SlimLine Innotek extra collar offers a unique Fit Test feature to help you properly fit the collar to your dog.
How do I change the battery in my Innotek dog collar?
Twist the battery cover, located on the back of the receiver box between the two contact probes, counter clockwise. Remove the cap and set it aside. Tilt the receiver box until the two batteries fall out. Replace them with two new 3-volt lithium coin cell batteries.
How do I connect new PetSafe collar to transmitter?
Put a separate non-metallic collar on your pet’s neck ABOVE the receiver collar and attach a lead. Be sure the extra collar does not put pressure on the contact points….FAQs

Will premier pet work with PetSafe?
Our wireless collars and PetSafe wireless collars are cross-compatible, so you could absolutely use one of our wireless collars with a PetSafe wireless system.
What frequency does PetSafe use?
Since PetSafe Professional systems are professionally installed and can be set to custom frequencies, we would be unable to say for sure whether your transmitter is set to the standard PetSafe frequency of 10.65 kHz.
How do you set up a free spirit dog collar?
Place the training collar on your dog’s neck with the contact points touching the skin. c. Insert one finger between the collar and your dog’s neck to check the tightness. The fit should be snug but not constricting.
How do you charge an Innotek dog collar?
Your collar receiver is rechargeable and can be charged by placing the collar on the charging cradle located on top of your wall-mount transmitter. The collar strap should fit snugly towards the top of your dog’s neck with the collar receiver box on the bottom of the neck.
