Last June, educational software and hardware vendor Kano announced an ambitious new project: a build-your-own computer kit based on x86 hardware and Windows 10. The Kano PC ships with Windows 10 Home in S Mode and is powered by an Intel Celeron N4000 CPU, 4GB of DDR3L RAM, and 64GB eMMC storage.
What can you do with a Kano computer?
The Kano Computer is mostly targeted towards kids as the first step towards learning to code and then using the code in order to make new and exciting things. You can make a lot of programs including games, new Minecraft puzzles and features, media centers, and more.

Can Kano run zoom?
The Kano PC doesn’t have one, which means you need an accessory to participate in Zoom calls, or any kind of video call. Kano is selling a $30 webcam with a bendable arm that supports both front and rear-facing shots.
Can you play fortnite on a Kano PC?
Running Fortnite on your Kano Computer Kit. Fortnite is not on Steam, so in order to play it we first need to add it to our Steam game library. Head to your primary computer now. On your primary computer, open the Steam client, and head to the Library page (highlighted in orange on the picture below).
