Do not use Sadolin Woodshield on substrates which have had water- repellent preservative treatments applied. USE DIRECTLY OVER EXISTING GLOSS PAINT – Sadolin Woodshield can be used directly over your prepared existing gloss paint or woodstain without the need for stripping back or an additional primer.
