What is the difference between NHRA and IHRA?
Because of the national events and TV presence, the NHRA has a very wide base to draw from, whereas the IHRA is more regionalized. They’re there for the cars and competition — not because it’s NHRA or IHRA. The racers are a different breed and more sanctioning-body loyal than spectators are.
