How Long Does General Cure Work? -In my opinion, General Cure combined with a 3% solution of Epson Salt works very well with internal Parasites and Bloat so long as it is carefully piped into the fish’s gut for 4-7 days. The last two Bloated fish I had were treated with this combo and a pipette.
