Boutique Packaging allows photographic Prints to be delivered in classy, professional packaging – making a great impression on your clients. Our Lab partners WHCC, ProDPI, Miller’s, and Mpix offer Boutique Packaging for photographic Prints and Cards up to and including an 11″ x 14″ print, excluding Fine Art prints.

How long does it take to get pictures back from Mpix?

The fastest turnaround time in the industry. Print orders ship in just one business day, getting your prints to you faster than anywhere else online. Every print is hand checked for quality before it leaves our lab.

Can you ship to multiple addresses on MPIX?

For each client order you will have the option for the lab to ship directly to your customer at the address provided at checkout, to your studio/home, or any other address that you specify.

How does Mpix work?

Mpix develops your 35mm, medium format film or disposable camera and uploads your images into a secure online album just 1-2 days after receiving your film by mail.

Is Mpix secure?

Mpix has privacy measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL.

Why is MPIX cropping my photos?

Why? This is because your image is in CMYK or grayscale mode. Mpix is able to print from RGB files only. You can change this by opening your image in Photoshop and going to Image-Mode.

Did Mpix go out of business?

MpixPro has been permanently shut down as of June 1, 2020. While you can no longer place orders through MpixPro, you may still access your order history and sales history. Moving forward, we believe you will be better served through our Miller’s and Mpix brands. Find out more information about each below.
