Only South Gloucestershire residents can use our tips or recycling centres (Sort It centres). You must register your vehicle before you visit. Our recycling centres are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm every day, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
What can I take to the recycling centre?
You can take household waste and recycling, including large items such as mattresses, carpets and DIY waste. You must sort your recyclables before you visit. If any of your waste has been produced from a business or commercial activity you cannot bring it to our recycling centres.

All of the Sort It recycling centres are open seven days a week 8:30am to 4:30pm. Waste is an essential service and we are doing all we can to continue collections during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak whilst protecting our staff and residents.
