FogBugz identifies the case created whether it is a Bug, Feature, Inquiry or Schedule Item by associating a unique color image with each one as can be seen in the below screenshot. We can either create a new case in the current milestone by clicking on the ‘ + ‘ plus icon button near the ‘Cases’ or you can use the existing cases of the project.
