This is important transaction to view current status of the material – MD04 – Stock Requirements List. How to manage maintained transactions in md04 and md05?
In the MD04 screen, go to Environment -> Navigation Profile -> Assign: Save the user setting. When we double click on the Purchase Requisition, we get an extra button for the maintained transaction: The same will be applied in MD05 automatically. Same settings as we maintained in case of General Transactions in Navigation Profile.
What does md04 mean in an MRP report?
MD04 is the FINAL outcome. HOW (the method/strategy) the material is planned is identified by MRP Type. e.g. ND is an MRP Type that means material is not planned. That means you will see nothing in MD04 for this material at a said location (Plant or MRP area).
How to set up favorites in md04?
In the MD04 screen, go to Environment -> Own favorites -> Maintain. Same settings as we maintained in case of General Transactions in Navigation Profile. The icon will appear along with the General transactions.
