There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES. SoulFest is a rain or shine event. 2020 Tickets and Uprgrades will be honored at the 2021 festival. There was a standard one-month refund period due to the postponement allotted.

SOULFEST IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. There are NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. WE DO NOT SHIP TICKETS – They are e-tickets (PDF) attached to your e-mail confirmation. UPGRADES will be shipped in early summer. Parking onsite is $20/day ($50 for full event) in the general lot or $160 in the VIP lot for the full event.
