Dropping may affect your status as a full-time student, your tuition calculation, and your financial aid eligibility. Use self-service registration on MyCSULB Student Center before the end of the second week of instruction. Courses dropped before the deadline to drop without a W will not appear on your transcript.
How do I apply for military leave at CSULB?
Submit your Application for Military Leave (PDF) to the Veterans Services office. You may withdraw from a maximum of 18 units throughout your entire CSULB undergraduate career, including special sessions, Center for Professional and International Education (CPIE) enrollment, and re-enrolling after separation from the university.

Payments can be made via MyCSULB using an E-Check with no service fee. Payments can also be made using a credit card with a 2.65% service fee. If you are a first time loan borrower at CSULB you are required to complete a loan entrance interview. Click the Entrance Interview Information hyperlink to go to the on-line entrance counseling website to complete the loan entrance interview.
