To receive your replacement card, you need to make sure your address is current and that your account is in order. You can ask us to send out your replacement card up to 3 months before your current card expires by calling us on 1300 651 089 (8am -8pm, 7 days a week) from anywhere in Australia.
How long does it take to get a replacement EIP card?
