Are your tops waterproof? Our tops are water resistant but are not water proof. We do not recommend using your shelter in any type of rain or severe windy conditions. The shelters are designed for sunshade.

The solution is weight. If you are setting up your tent in a parking lot or on a concrete walkway, attach tent weights to each of the legs of your tent to help prevent it from swaying, sliding, or blowing over altogether. How to Make Canopy Waterproof?
- Clean your canopy.
- Apply seam sealer and let it set.
- Use a sponge to scrape off any previously applied waterproof coating that has started to wear off or peel.
- Spray your whole tent with waterproof spray.
- Let dry completely.
Can you machine wash an EZ Up canopy?
Do not use a washing machine to clean your E-Z UP® products. Use a mild soap (not detergent) and plenty of water to clean your E-Z UP® top. Frame will operate and look better if occasionally treated with silicone spray, especially before and after use in damp conditions.
