Is victory a good place to drink in PA?
Overall, not a bad experience, and I’ll definitely be back plenty, but considering how competitive craft beer in PA has become, and how big and popular Victory is, I guess I had just expected a little more. The food here is very mediocre. This used to be a great spot to grab a bite to eat and to have a good beer.
