Bilpin Cider Co was founded by Sean Prendergast in 2011. Sean has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years and held senior sales and marketing roles with Heinz, Foster’s Brewing Co. and AB-Inbev. Sean lives on the farm in Bilpin with his daughters, Sofia and Alice.
