If it is not working on either units, and you haven’t updated the chart I would check the card itself and make sure that the pins on the card aren’t corroded or damaged somehow. If they are not damaged, you could give Navionics a call at 800-848-5896 and ask them what could be a the problem.

Why is my Lowrance fishfinder stopping?

Why doesn’t Lowrance’s internal map software keep up with changes?
Well the internal map software has no contours or detail so there is no problem using that software because the system can keep up with the changes. Obviously Lowrance has saved a few bucks by using a processor that just can’t keep up with the data changes and process the changes to the display.
